Mindfulness - Practicing presence

Start your practice

Mindfulness meditations are a great way of coming to a calmer state of being.  Since anxiety is epidemic these days, establishing a mindfulness meditation practice is a proven way to offset the intense stress that can surround us.  If you don't like the first one you try, pick another one.  There's one that's right for you.  May it bring you peace.
