I consider the counseling space sacred—an honor. It’s a privilege to walk alongside others as they find their way toward healing, wholeness, and their own inner wisdom.
A central focus of my work is helping clients heal from the effects of insecure attachment. While many people grow up with secure bonds, research shows that 50–60% of the population experiences insecure attachment. These patterns can deeply affect intimacy, trust, emotional regulation, and the ability to feel safe in relationships. Within the therapeutic relationship, I offer a safe and attuned space where individuals can begin to experience new patterns of connection. Over time, this work can gently support a shift toward more secure attachment—with others and within oneself.
My approach to therapy is also deeply informed by my own inner work. I continue to be committed to growth, reflection, and change in my life. I value spirituality, meditation, and the practices that help me stay grounded and present.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years working in not-for-profit organizations, supporting people and communities in meaningful ways. That background continues to shape my values: compassion, service, and the belief that people are inherently resilient, even in the face of deep pain.
I truly love what I do. I’ve found the career that fits not just my skills, but my heart. It would be an honor to support you on your journey.
